Usually, in terms of preparing for any overnight riding on your motorbikes, storage is a huge concern. So picture my satisfaction right after I came across the JakPak, a water-resistant coat that can additionally be turned into a sleeping bag and then into a mobile tent essentially enabling me reduce plenty of big stuff from my baggage list.

I personally believe it to be much easier to lay the jacket on the ground, pull the sleeping bag and tent out of their pockets, then get in it. This has double zippers making it effortless to have your feet out if you wish to stroll around.
The tent part is located on your head and also has netting attached to it enabling you to shield your face and most of your lower body. As I will totally agree that the JakPak is well ventilated and you won’t feel suffocated inside it, I did find it to be slightly rigid sometimes and caused me to perspire (you are basically wrapped in rainproof fabric) even so, I do sweat relatively easily. It is really kind of tricky given that it also states it’s a 3 season style and design however, there is no insulating material in the jacket or sleeping bag, so in case the temperatures fall, you could freeze except if you are covered up in clothing or stuff the bag with a blanket or additional clothing, which fortunately is roomy enough to carry out.
The overall performance is quite good enough for me. The netted cover kept the bugs out and it felt relatively dry inside during the rain test I personally did.
